Your 90 days same as cash starts on the day you sign your contract.
What should I do if my banking information changes?
Please visit http://www.acceptancerentals.com/updatebilling.html and fill out the update billing form. Please follow up with the customer service department to confirm receipt of your new information at 404-889-8775.
When I submit an online application how will I know if I'm approved?
After we have received all of your documents you will be contacted via the email submitted on your application with the decision.
Can I come into the office to make a payment?
Our office is not open to the public. However, you can call Monday through Friday with a debit or credit card to make your payment.
I did not call in my payment yet my account was debited for my payment, why?
All agreements are set up for ACH (Automatic Clear House). Please refer to your agreement in regards to your monthly payment.

I missed my 90 days same as cash, can I still payoff early?
Yes! We encourage anyone who misses their 90 days same as cash date to pay off early. Even after the 90 days has expired, you are still able to receive significant early payoff savings. For early payoff information please refer to the Payoff Schedule page that is attached to your agreement.
What is my down payment?
Your down payment will be either $35 or $45 depending on the information you supply upon applying with ARC. You may be required to pay a delivery fee charged by the retailer at the time of purchase.
What is your interest rate?
Our program is not a revolving interest account. We are a 24 month lease-purchase program that offers you the ability to save the most money by paying off early. You will pay lease on every monthly payment so the sooner you pay off the more money you save.
When can I make the first payment on my furniture?
Once your furniture order has been completely delivered and the furniture store bills us for your order you may begin making payments.
Why does my payment come out later than my due date?
Your account is automatically drafted through ACH (Automatic Clear House). This form of payment takes a minimum of 2 business days to clear your bank.
Example: Due date is Monday your payment will reflect Wednesday.
Example: Due date is Friday your payment will reflect the following Tuesday
While your payment is being processed through ACH, your account will reflect in good standing with ARC. You will not incur late fees during this period.
How do I make additional payments on my 90 days same as cash?
Please call customer service and make those payments over the phone. You can reach customer service at 404-889-8775.
How do I payoff my account?
You must call in all payoffs. Please make sure to contact customer service at 404-889-8775.
Can I use a prepaid account to get approved?
We DO NOT accept prepaid debit cards for application. You must submit a personal checking account that has been open for no less than 90 days and receives at least $500 in physical deposits monthly.
Do you accept out of state ID for approval?Yes, however, you must also submit a proof of residence such as a utility bill.
I receive social security or disability; does this qualify as income for approval?
We do accept social security and long term disability as long as you can provide the award letter to those benefits.
I am a current customer of ARC; can I go back and get more furniture?
If you made an initial purchase that was lower than your approval amount you may use the remaining credit on your account to make another purchase. In order to take advantage of this, your current account must be in good standing. Please contact our office at 404-889-8775 to see if you have available credit for another purchase.
After the application is received, how long will it take to receive an approval letter?
Once you have submitted your application and supporting documents you should receive a response within 15-20 minutes via email. Please make sure to submit the email you check most often so that we can respond to you in a timely manner. Sometimes our responses may take more than 15-20 minutes if we are experiencing high application volume. Please call our office at 404-889-8775 if you have not heard from us before 20 minutes.
Is there a penalty for paying off early?
No, we encourage everyone to pay off early and there are no fees or penalties for paying off early.
What counts as proof of residence?
Acceptable proof of residence will be a utility bill in your name or a lease/mortgage with your address and signature on it.
Who can cosign with me?
Anyone who lives at the main applicant’s address who is able, willing, and ready may apply as a co-signer. This means the co-signer is 18 or older, of sound mind, and is willing to submit the same information the main applicant supplied.
